Saturdays have been very boring until today. Today I'm going to a charity match
and you would have seen it on my Instagram.
It's set up by one set of footprints for two huge charities which have great causes.
Team Michaela and Andy's Mind Club which both support Team Michaela support
children's cancer and Andy's Mind Club which is about men's mental health.

Two absolutely great causes. is I'm so fortunate to be involved and happy to help with.
It's going to be Shasta Vale versus YMCA Hawks. They have a different scenery,
under eights and under 11s, two children's games.
It's going to be entertaining. The sun is shining.
I'm thudding for it. Let's get down there. I think I did want to speak to that.
I'm just in the middle of walking down there now to the event.

It's one of the charities, Andy's Man's Club, which is about men's mental health.
I feel like men's mental health is on the up, it's on the rise.
Earlier this year I don't think many of you know I did have my struggles
with it and that's why these great causes I
do want to be a part of and do want to help out
it's always it's always great to talk a problem's dead is
a problem half as they say so yeah
