Ivan es actualmente trabaja en el Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Colima, Mexico y en la Guarderia Colimotl. También es coordinador del comité de investigación para el grupo de interés en fisioterapia acuatica México. Es licenciado en fisioterapia con especialidad en fisioterapia acuatica con multiples formaciones en fisioterapia acuática por la IOAPT. Ponente y conferencista y autor de libro “Fisioterapia en Mexico”
