Weight loss and fat loss are not the same thing. It's possible to lose weight, but not lose fat. It's possible to lose fat but not lose weight. It can feel discouraging to work so hard toward a weight loss goal, but "only" lose 4-5 pounds. But then you notice your clothes are looser, your face is slimmer, and your rings are working in your fingers instead of being super tight. If you only focus on what the scale says, you may be missing a big part of what's really going on inside your body when it begins to be a fat burner.
Listen in to be encouraged and empowered to break up with your scales and melt fat off your body! Interested in the natural GLP-1 product DiAnna mentions in this episode?

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
