Lou is a trauma therapist in the UK and a trauma coach in the US with 30 years of experience. They love to work with creating freedom for those with PTSD from sexual abuse, neglect and assault. They use energy practices to create freedom, enabling people to calm their distress. She has a coaching program called Freedom Coaching, training people to address deep trauma and create freedom.
