This leads to feeling more empowered to experience love, joy, ease and peace. The love and healing energy and vibrations will bring you to that inner space, encouraging connection as you journey towards knowing yourself more and finding love and compassion for all sides of yourself
You can come back to this meditation anytime that you desire to open up another layer or to anchor in memories and emotions that came forward during this meditation.
Tune in and make sure you are comfortable and in a quiet space where you can close your eyes, to hopefully have no distractions so you can give yourself well deserved time.
