Toen ik actief was bij stichting SaVo, heb ik daar negen prachtige jaren meegemaakt. Ik sprak met veel mensen, ondersteunde hen, en hielp om taboes te doorbreken. Die gesprekken verrijkten mijn leven, gaven me kracht, en hielpen mij mijn pad te vinden. Maar zoals vaak gebeurt, niet iedereen is blij als je taboes bespreekbaar maakt. En dat leidde soms tot roddels.
