There is a lot of craziness in this world and I’m just some random schmuck with a big mouth and a podcast to talk about all of it. Topics can range from arts to science to politics and education. Whatever is grating my cheese, shucking my oysters, sharpens my pencil on any given day, I’ll be here to mouth off about it. But what do I know, I’m just some random schmuck. The first in a series of unscripted podcast episodes where I reflect on things that affect us all and my observations on them. This first episode is about the nuttiness of driving on roads nowadays, the perils of the "strode" and the finer points of toasted sesame seed bagels with cream cheese and lox.
Send me your funny stories about driving to randomschmuck@gmail.com and I'll read them on the next episode!
I am going to be taking a break from scheduled episodes, but I will be back when the need arises. In the meantime, I discuss the list of podcasts I listen to every week. Thank you for being a listener!

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
