There are times in our lives when we find ourselves in a place of dis-ease, questioning the things that once felt aligned but no longer bring us that same sense of fulfillment. In this solo episode, I explore the growth we experience within ourselves, and how our life circumstances must evolve to support that growth.
When we ignore this, we can end up fighting to hold onto something that’s no longer aligned—leading to months or even years of discontentment. Sometimes, we enter a chapter in between chapters, a space of stillness where we’re called to pause, reflect, and feel into what the next right step is. It’s in this stillness that we find the clarity to make choices that are truly aligned with us, lead by conscious energy- the question is are you going to listen?
Here is a free self love guided meditation program for you, a thank you for listening :) If you enjoy this podcast, please comment, rate and subscribe. It would mean the world to me !

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
