We’ve been conditioned to beat ourselves up, judge ourselves, and push ourselves to the limit. “If you're not doing, you're not succeeding” — a belief system so deeply ingrained in humanity that it has us enslaved.
In this constant doing, we've drifted far from our natural state. We've internalized a war with ourselves, shifting into a fear-based way of living.
But what if you could see things through a new lens? What if you could recognize that you are already perfect as you are — and feel that deeply?
Imagine a world where you’re no longer forcing yourself to be something you're not, and instead, simply accepting who you are.
In this solo episode, we’ll explore how these automatic, often critical thoughts are really a reflection of your relationship with yourself. Most people struggle to offer themselves love and compassion. When they look in the mirror, they only see the things they want to change — instead of the living perfection they truly are.
I'm here to tell you: it's time to step into your true essence — with love and compassion.
I’ll guide you through this reflection using analogies inspired by Don Miguel Ruiz’s The Mastery of Love.
This episode is sure to offer you a fresh perspective — both toward yourself and in your relationships with others.
