EP 139 | When Was The Last Time You Celebrated Yourself?

Hello beautiful women, it feels so good to be back! After a week off to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, I feel refreshed and excited. Can you feel my energy?

 

On vacation, I did some reflection and got to thinking about a few things I noticed. 

 

During this past year of podcasting and running my business in TN, I hid or minimized my wins. Published a book, barely talked about it. Spoke at multiple events, minimal sharing about it. It was like I was showing up to get the check mark without following through on the excitement and energy behind it.

 

It’s disheartening actually, because those accomplishments are huge and because of what I’m experiencing personally, I allowed it to overshadow these phenomenal experiences.

 

So I’m here to remind you to cheer for yourself today. To show up excited and don’t just mark things off your list. It’s time to celebrate YOU!
