Grief Support Group
The Grief Recovery support group offers a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals can take effective and lasting action to address any type of loss they've experienced. This action-based group involves engaging in reading and writing assignments and is not a drop-in group. Kelli’s Grief Support Groups provide a secure space for participants to examine old beliefs about coping with loss, identify which losses have impacted their lives, and take proactive steps toward resolving unresolved emotions. Each group meets for eight 2-hour sessions once a week .
Grief Recovery One-on-One
In the tranquility of your own space via Zoom, you'll engage in one-on-one sessions with Kelli. Utilizing the Grief Recovery Method® action-oriented program, you'll explore the intricacies of grief. Kelli will equip you with fresh tools to move beyond the pain of loss. While some prefer group settings, many find solace in private sessions with a Trained Specialist—ensuring privacy and confidentiality as you discuss your emotional journey. You'll have seven individual sessions with Kelli, each lasting 60 minutes.
