Éléonore nous offre un très beau documentaire : Sol couvert d’espoir, dans lequel elle part à la rencontre de paysan.nes passionné.es qui prennent soin des écosystèmes. Sensible aux enjeux agricoles, Éléonore fait le pont entre monde agricole et monde citadin en offrant un regard tendre et respectueux de ce métier.
Son action de sensibilisation ne s’arrête pas là : elle a co-fondé un bootcamp afin de permettre aux jeunes citadin.es de réfléchir en profondeur aux enjeux agricoles et alimentaires d’aujourd’hui.
