As the storm raged around them, the disciples of Jesus found themselves in utter panic—seasoned fishermen suddenly gripped by fear as wind and waves threatened to sink their boat. And yet, in the middle of the chaos, Jesus stood up, rebuked the storm, and instantly, the sea was calm.
What followed was not just awe—it was shock.
With wide eyes and trembling hearts, the disciples turned to one another and asked, "What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the waves obey him?" It was a moment that shattered their understanding of reality and left them wrestling with a truth far greater than they had imagined.
Maybe that’s the question you should be asking about Jesus Christ.
What kind of man speaks to the forces of nature and they listen? What kind of man sleeps peacefully through a storm, then silences it with a word? What kind of man carries both divine authority and human compassion—power enough to command the weather, yet love enough to care about your storm?
In this episode, we take a closer look at this miraculous moment and the question that still echoes through the ages: Who is this Jesus?
Because once you truly begin to answer that question, your storms may not feel so overwhelming—and your faith may rise like never before.

Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
