Rooted Perspectives

No two perspectives should be identical, but there are two very important things that I believe a perspective must have to be taken seriously. The first is that it must be grounded in knowledge - through lived experience, education, or pure accident. The second is that it must be delivered in a way that does not belittle others perspectives - especially when disagreeing. Differing perspectives should encourage communication, not hostility. This podcast will be an assortment of topics, ideas, and perspectives that I will share on addiction, mental health, fitness, history, and whatever various ADHD rabbit holes I've decided to include in my regiment.
