What Happens When You Begin to Release the Need to Be Perfect?
So…you're listening to the second recording of this episode. The first one felt off. I had forgotten to set the intention to just connect. Instead, I was "recording a podcast". I was nervous, wanting it to be perfect, and trying to prove myself.
This time around, I remembered what actually matters: connection, and remembering that connection is far more important than perfection. Which leads to the question: what happens for you when you release the need to be perfect?
In this episode, I talk with Maja Varner about the process of her creating her newest offering. "The Science and Practice of Transformational Breakthroughs." We explore what holds us back from taking risks, and how perfectionism can block us from doing things that matter to us.
