Did you know, when we become Christians, wemay not necessarily be completely mature or
developed in our relationship with God, butwe are also usually extremely zealous and passionate.
I mean, look at what just happened in our lives.Why wouldn't we be? But the Church as a whole
is very quick to remind us not to go too far.Like too far is a bad option or something.

Like there is an invisible line that we shouldn'tcross. As long as we stay contained like the
rest of the Church, we will be okay, but nevercross that too far line. You don't know how
many times I've heard in Church, now, don'tgo too far. It was like their motto, their
mission statement. I would check the sign outsidejust to make sure it didn't actually read,

Welcome to such and such Church, the Churchthat never goes too far for God. I always thought,
what? Don't go too far. Is there a too far?In my opinion, There's not far enough, but
too far? Hmm, that sounds wrong. I want to gotoo far for God. I want to be out of control

for Him. I want to respond to Him with everythingwithin me. I want to be like a wind-up toy
that got winds and winds and winds until I'mabout to pop and He sets me down and off I

may be some truth here. But what the churchis really saying is just don't go too far with
God. Make sure you make enough room for everythingelse with just the right amount of God. Again,

use common sense. I'm not saying just completelyignore everything else, but God. I'm saying
stop limiting how far we can go for God. Obviouslywe shouldn't neglect everything around us in
the name of being on fire for God. Sometimesby balance, people mean make sure not to neglect
everything else. Yes, of course, there shouldbe absolutely no neglect in our lives in any

area, but there should also be no limit as tohow far and how out of control we can be for
God. We as Christians take and twist these ideasinto a warped mindset to keep people from really
loving God with everything within them. Andhonestly, the Church usually just doesn't want
to deal with someone who's so on fire for God.They make the rest of them look bad. They don't

want to work that hard. They just want a coast.Now just settle down a bit and don't go too
far. Become just like us, lukewarm, ineffective,and self-contained. Make sure you have balance,
enough of the world, enough entertainment, enoughyou time, and just the right amount of God.
Don't go too far? Are you nuts? This is God,the God of the universe we are talking about.

Have you even seen Him? I can't go far enough.I can't give enough. I can't get close enough.
I can't love Him enough. Sometimes I feel likeI will just explode for God and take off like
a rocket and not stop till I reach Him. Don'ttell me not to go too far. There is no such

that we can just do whatever we want. That weare just out of control period. Don't tell

I'm free for the Lord. No, this is just simplyout of order. Use common sense. I'm talking

about everyone together, ablaze. All of us asone, all going too far for God together. Not
as individuals, running around, hey, look atme burn. No, no, look at me burn. We were like
children vying for attention. No, we shouldbe taking all the attention off of us and sending
it to heaven. We should light up heaven forthe world to see. Like a football team, they

know whether the crowd is with them or not.God should feel the same. We shouldn't be contained
anymore for God. We should be out of controlfor Him. When worship starts, we aren't so
polished, so perfect, but our hearts erupt towardsheaven and just can't be restrained. We shoot
way past the too far line. When someone asksyou about your story, you overflow with passion

and zeal. When it comes to God, you don't giveany less than you would towards anything else.
You go beyond, and you give more. You go toofar. God deserves a too far people. Stop being
so restrained. Break off the limits when itcomes to God. Don't be withheld in any way
towards God or those around you. Be out of control.Inside you is a crazy fiery passionate person.

Stop allowing that person to be so containedaround God. Let yourself loose for Him. Let
the world see your zeal, your passion, yourheart for God. Let it shine brighter than anything
else.
