Do you find yourself dreading the “How are you” question? 🙋🏻‍♀️

For me it can often feel like there is pressure and an expectation to say “I’m good” or “I’m fine”, even though that may not be the case. 🫤

The season of Spring can be one of the hardest times for those of us who struggle with our mental health and wellness. ❤️‍🩹

Contrary to what society makes it out to be, the highest rates of suicide around the world happen in the Spring not Winter. 💔

In today’s episode, I will be sharing about the importance of self-reflection, checking in with ourselves and those around us, and growing in awareness of how we are seasonally affected so we can move towards connection and what nourishes us, instead of isolation.
