Hi friend,
Have you been experiencing overwhelming emotions lately that feel like a tidal wave coming to wipe you out? I see you. I know right where you are. 🛟 I used to live in fear of my emotions like they were the enemy, instead of embracing them as my friend. They were never surfacing to destroy me, instead they were serving as a signal alerting me of something I needed to pay attention to. An area in my life that needed my care.
Self-Care begins with courage. Taking care of ourselves in the ways we need to in order to recover our wellness is courageous. We can learn to face our fears and take brave action in the face of them.
Today I am sharing 3 action steps you can take to choose courage over fear when it comes to practicing self-care.
