In this second round of using Google's AI tool, NotebookLM, to facilitate development of the Pumpkin Heads story, we added a new source: the YouTube link for episode 1 of the Callin archive Pumpkin Heads discussion (posted in this feed on 10/6/24). Then we regenerated the "conversation" and while you can judge for yourself, we definitely could tell an improvement just from that additional source.
Key points:
- Mostly similar but some new stuff, focus on parts not mentioned in the first iteration - “Your notes, your concept, your…” - This was interesting… the references from both hosts to “your” instead of “the creators” - “Parasitic Alien Invasion - those are three of my favorite things” - “Gruesome biological booby trap” - Re: the POV concept: “Like a jigsaw puzzle but with perspectives instead of pieces” - Reference to The Trolly Problem in regard to the smart twin’s choice - “Sometimes the scariest monsters are the ones we create ourselves”
Poetry:
Next NotebookLM Wow this tech is pretty nuts Good stuff in round 2

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
