23. Transforming Lives with EFT: From School Teacher to Therapeutic Coach with Eleni Vardaki, MEd

In this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Eleni Vardaki, a therapeutic coach and advanced EFT practitioner all the way from Greece.

Eleni's story is super inspiring—she started out as a secondary school teacher, and like so many of us, she faced her own challenges to her own wellbeing. That’s when she discovered EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, and it completely changed her life.

We dove into how EFT works and how Eleni has used it to help others, like the time she helped a student overcome procrastination that was really tied to a fear of failure. She also shared incredible success stories, like helping people overcome phobias, pain, and manage stress.

What I loved most about our conversation is how passionate Eleni is about making EFT more accessible. She’s been introducing it in schools, workplaces, and other settings, and she’s even helping spread the word among Greek speakers, especially now that big names in trauma therapy are backing EFT!
