If we follow the King, we must follow His example. Our life is an offering to Him! There were Magi from the East who were looking at the sky and waiting generation after generation for a prophesied star. And the night they saw it, they set out to find the true King—the Messiah. And after years of journeying, they found a boy named Jesus—God in the flesh—dwelling here on earth among the people that He came to save. These kings bowed down and worshipped Him; they laid their offerings at His feet. And in the same way, we must be willing give our time, our comforts, our talents, and our gifts as an offering to Jesus. And just as He humbly came to share the Good News of eternal life through His death on the cross and resurrection three days later, so we too must share as He did.
