First we hear from Allison Marcano, the Head Graphic Designer for the Buffalo Bisons and the creative mastermind behind the team's special Luces de Buffalo uniforms and branding that was done for Minor League Baseball’s Copa de La Diversion tournament. We chat with the former Puerto Rican National Softball Team player about her passion for the sport and her career path in the graphic design world. Afterwards, you'll hear from Flor Aber. Flor is a Columbian-American who works with the unhoused and immigrant population of Western New York to help them find affordable housing and employment while facing the other challenges unique to those emigrating from a Latin-American country.
