purpose, which is to enable and support people be at their fullest potential.
And given my professional background in HR,
this will have a corporate slant and really deep diving into universal contemporary
organizational themes and how this converges and quite frankly,
sometimes conflicts with social and personal themes such as balancing family, personal desires,

(01:13):
challenges, ambitions, and so on.
Social enterprise celebrates the humanistic
workplace and the need for continuous learning
for career development through storytelling and
also sharing my expertise and insights as well there'll be guest speakers with
everyday people who are willing to share their insights into their particular

(01:35):
focus area or to purely share their inspiring story about their journey and who they are today.
It will also have my own self-reflection where I share my observations and opinions
on different topics related to the world of work.
I learn best personally from learning from others and self-reflection so I want

(02:00):
to share these learnings with my listeners so you can learn along the way as well.
I know we are all time poor so my episodes will be shorter than other podcasts
where the intention is for you to listen to the episodes of Social Enterprise
on your way to or from work, while you're cooking dinner,
walking the dog, what have you, whenever you have a bit of time and you're ready

(02:25):
to learn about something that just might help you in your career.
I hope you can come along on this journey with me with Social Enterprise Prize
and to keep it interesting,
there'll be focus areas on different topics with each episode and my first episode
will be launching very soon, which I'm really excited about.

(02:48):
I'd be forever grateful if you can help to follow the podcast and hit follow or subscribe.
If you find any of the upcoming episodes insightful or even just a good lesson,
please share these with your colleagues, family and friends as all good things should be shared.
