Betsy runs "Picky Eating Solutions" and helps families as a coach. She has a podcast and social media channels as "Betsy on the Go". Through her organization Autism Odyssey, she created the "Autistic Be Kind" vest after her son Joey, an avid cyclist, faced misunderstanding and hostility on San Francisco's streets. The vests serve as both a communication tool and a catalyst for empathy, encouraging kindness and understanding toward individuals on the autism spectrum.
