Bo på landet, för jobbets skull – otänkbart eller helt okej? Eller mycket mer än bara okej? Sveriges industrier skriker efter folk, inte minst med anledning av den gröna omställningen. På många bruksorter behöver befolkningen öka med tusentals människor för att kompetensbehovet ska kunna täckas. Men HUR ska man hitta alla de här människorna – och vad krävs för att en ung storstadsbo ska vilja flytta till en liten ort? Vi har träffat Tim Juréen, 25, och Sigrid Karlsson, 28, som nyligen bytt storstadspuls mot småstadslunk för att kunna jobba med stål. Hur har det gått? Och så får vi svaret på den stora frågan: Hur stort och lyxigt kan man bo i Hofors för samma pris som för en etta i Stockholm, Göteborg eller Malmö?
