Zellweger took away custody again from a mother Michelle Perotta, who's story was also covered in The St Louis Record. Zellweger took custody away from Perotta while allowing Pleban to rack of ton's of fees in case number 19SL-DR01533-01 and even Pleban was even allowed to garnish Perotta's retirement on the 4/12/23 docket entry, which retirements are protect against garnishments under the Federal ERISA law.
