Adam Brandel began his fitness career in 2016, working his way up from facility operations to directing teams across multiple organizations to leading strategic planning sessions of a seven-figure business. Currently a Level 2 Master Trainer and Team Leader at Gainesville Health & Fitness, Adam not only works with clients to optimize movement and performance but also mentors new trainers and leads educational workshops to elevate industry standards. Adam earned his degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida, specializing in Human Performance. His credentials include certifications as a Functional Range Systems Provider, a Level 2 USA Weightlifting Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA, and a Balanced Body-certified Pilates instructor. His work blends science-backed training with a people-first approach, ensuring both his clients and fellow trainers move, perform, and lead at their best.
