In 2009, Evan and his group of friends spent most of their nights deep in the woods of Arlington, Massachusetts, one of the only places they could get away with drinking in peace. One night, the group heard a faint jingling sound drifting through the trees. At first, they ignored it, but the sound kept getting closer. Then, through the darkness, a dark silhouette appeared, crouched unnaturally low. What happened next made them drop everything and flee through the woods.
