I am a husband and father from the heart of Southern Appalachia, simply passing on some lessons and truths I’ve been blessed to learn.
Here's are some things that are truly important.
Last time, we talked about the freedom in forgiving others. Today, let's revisit that a bit, but then turn the focus inward and talk about accepting forgiveness and forgiving ourselves.
Stop giving away occupation of your mind and energy. Release that burden of retribution and vengeance. It's not yours to carry. Set it all down and step forward in peace.
Friends, we are created to move. And stopping in one place for too long is never a good idea. We're either ripening or rotting. Keep on keeping on and you'll experience a life you didn't know was possible, and you'll become a better person along the way. Walk with me, and let's talk about it.
We've only got so many trips around the sun. And so each opportunity we have, each unique situation we have might be our only change to act with purpose. So, in any situation, resolve to make it count.
Before we can act with intention, we must first decide the person we want to be. Let's talk a bit about that decision.
