His approach is often described as holistic, focusing not just on physical training but also on mental well-being and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Shane shares his personal journey with mental health on today's podcast. We discuss his experiences, from being bullied in his younger years to facing significant mental health challenges in his twenties. He then made the decision to give up alcohol and went on to establish a successful business. I admire Shane's honesty in addressing a topic that is often overlooked: men's mental health.
