This week, I am joined by Tara Thompson. Tara is a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher and a soon-to-be book author. Her upcoming book is titled The Quest: A Healing Journey from Trauma. In this episode, Tara gives us a deep dive into her life—from the corporate hustle to a string of failed relationships to a hectic social life. Tara delved into the world of mindfulness & meditation during lockdown, and it was then that she realized something terrible had happened to her in childhood. Tara discusses this on the podcast today.
