This week, I am joined by Bob Roth, a pioneer in the meditation space, is one of the most experienced and sought-after meditation teachers in the world. Over the past fifty years, Bob has taught Transcendental Meditation to many thousands of people, including billionaire CEOs, Hollywood celebrities (Tom Hanks, Oprah, Hugh Jackman, Martin Scorsese, Katy Perry, Gywneth Paltrow),combat-scarred veterans, and inner-city youth.

Bob wanted to change the world with politics but after witnessing the assasination of former US president JFK, he decided to take another path, the path of meditation which he discusses with us today.

TM is the most researched meditation technique and has substantial evidence to support considerable physiological and psychological benefits.  He also dispels the notion that TM is somehow a religion and dives deep into explaining how exactly this method impacts the mind.
