The Atlanteans - Episode 8 - Don't Fear the Reaper

The Atlanteans is a Warmachine Podcast hosted by the Hampton Roads Atlanteans gaming community in Norfolk, VA. This episode features hosts Jay, Alec & Joe starting out by discussing current events in the Hampton Roads Atlanteans community which leads to a discussion about the new Cryx army and how it could be a challenge for legacy armies. Then we move on to discuss in greater depth about starting a new army, which was discussed briefly at the end of episode 7. The hosts discuss many challenges players face from learning the models rules, figuring out how to deploy and play a new army on the table, and coming up with a new painting and basing scheme. Through the whole process we talk from personal experience as both Jay and Joe are currently learning one or more new armies.
