======ABOUT PAMELA GARFIELD-JAEGER====
Pamela Garfield-Jaeger is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 25 years of experience. She has worked in a variety of settings including community-based agencies, residential programs for foster youth, schools, and mental health clinics in multiple roles, including clinical supervisor. In 2017, she had to leave her profession due to a severe disability and when she returned in 2021, so much in the mental health profession changed. The most radical shift was the prevalence of trans-identified teens and how her colleagues were immediately affirming their identities, rather than address underlying issues. Because Pamela was forced to leave her California health care position due to COVID mandates, and continues to cope with moderate chronic pain and can't work a regular full-time schedule, she has been emboldened to speak out on these issues, testify on bills to protect children and parental rights, provide training and resources for parents and like-minded therap
