Reverend Luke Davis shares his story with us—the instrumental role his parents played in his faith in Jesus and then how he came to serve as an Anglican priest (pastor)—but before that, he shares a powerful testimony of learning to bless God in the face of hardship. He then explains why and how he wrote his five-book series on church history for young people, called, Risen Hope: The Church Throughout History. We get the joy of hearing a taste of one of the biographical stories from that series that became most precious to Rev. Davis—the story of Benjamin Kwashi, a Nigerian pastor.
Not only will you be introduced to a book series that you and anyone else in your life can enjoy, but also to a person whose faith in Jesus will challenge, inspire, and encourage you.
