Weather is miserable over here. I don't know what's going on
over here every weekend. You know, it seems like in the

And we get nice weather. I mean, it's supposed to break

week. And this week was a lot of big
things going on from tariff deals, cease fires, you know,
big things. And you know, just, you know, on

tariff deal Trump made a they signed a deal with China.
Finally UK is come knocking on the door.
India's knocking on the door. That's almost done.
Who said the tariffs don't work?What happened to all those
people? I don't hear them saying, you
know, you know, giving Trump some praise on this.
Never mind all the money we're taking in from the tariffs too.

But I, you know, I think all these countries, when Trump
dropped them bunker Busters on Iran, they were like, oh, wait a
minute, we got to make a deal with this guy.
We don't want, you know, the military's powerful.
That's where you show strength through power, through our
might, what our capabilities of meanwhile, like we dropped those

bombs. We didn't kill anybody, unlike
other countries, you know, firing away and killing
civilians. We just had Israel fired
missiles into Gaza or whatever and they killed civilians again
the other day, which is I'm totally against you want you can
fight terrorists, that's fine. Fight terrorists, but lead the
civilians out of it. They're innocents.

We got, you know, huge wins withSCOTUS, man, they came through.
So many judgments came through. But the one of the big ones is
they ruled that nationwide injunctions by these district
courts exceed congressional authority.
And one of the things is clearing the path for a
citizenship crackdown, burst citizenship.

So yesterday, this was a monumental victory for the
Constitution. The Supreme Court delivered a
powerful rebuke of activist judges handed President Trump a
pivotal legal victory yesterday.Now this is the decision in the
Trump versus Casa, Inc reaffirmsa rifle balance of power between
the judiciary and the executive,curbing the ability of unelected

district judges to paralyze the will of duly elected president.
You know, our forefathers in theConstitution did this for a
reason, to keep the judiciary and present separation of
powers. But these district courts are
just doing whatever they want. And we all know even before
Trump became president, before he took office, the left were

already mobilizing with money and and lawyers to to challenge
anything that Trump did. All they're doing is just
stopping, stopping our country from thriving.
They don't care about you. They don't care about none of
us. All they care about is just
stopping Trump. They just somehow that name

Trump it, it's it it paralyzes them with fear for no reason.
And they just want to instill fear in you guys, but don't
believe it because that's why, you know, we got the mainstream
media just typically giving out lies upon lies upon lies and
getting called out for them every day.
Just about the lie about with with the bombing in Iran and the

nuclear facility saying, oh, they didn't get everything.
That was just a made-up lie thatwas proven false and and blame
me. Trump and Caroline Levitt hit
back hard. Even the Intel agencies showed
the proof. But you know, once you know that
first immediate story goes out, the damage is already done

because people will believe anything these days.
So like in so in this decision, the 6th, it's a 63 decision, a
courtside with the Trump admin. These federal district courts
lack the constitutional or statutory authority to issue
so-called universal injunctions.And that's what they're doing.
They're just issuing injunction upon a junction, upon a
junction. Never seen this many injunctions

against the president. It's astronomical.
It's crazy. And this is from the this is the
Executive Order 14160 titled Protecting the Meaning and Value
of American Citizenship. Now this, this is Trump's order
that to so he sought to clarify the scope of birthright

citizenship under the 14th Amendment.
And he's addressing really the long standing concerns about its
misapplication to those that fully subject to this
jurisdiction of the United States.
Now you have the all these liberal strongholds, Maryland,
Washington, Massachusetts, California, using their
districts course to issue all these universal injunctions

blocking everything Trump's doing.
But they, you know, this is thisis effects everybody in this
country. And and these injunctions are
being cheered by cheered by openborder advocates, far left
elites that are threatened to derail a policy.
Ain't that safeguarding the integrity of American
citizenship? Now, I was shocked at this one.

I truly was. I mean, you know, Justice Amy
Cohen, Barrett, she actually came through and actually wrote
the majority and she dismantled the legal foundation of these
injunctions with, I mean, she was surgical with her, with her,
with her precision. She was actually joined by
Justice Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.

And Barrett, did she declare that such universal remedies
lack any historical basis in theequitable transitions of the
Judiciary Act of 1789? Now that you have the liberal
justices, listen, you know, you have Sotomayor, Keegan and
Jackson, they actually issued their fiery descent dripping
with ideological panic. I mean, this lady Jackson, she

even suggested the ruling could inflict a mortal wound on the
Constitution. I don't know how this woman even
became a Supreme Court Justice. She's not the brightest of the
bunch. This is where pengate comes in
because I wish they'd get this thing settled and and show that
Biden cognitive ability he had no idea what was going on.

and everything should be overturned.
So we will not dwell on justice with Jackson's argument, which
is at odds with more than two centuries worth of precedent,
not to mention the Constitution itself should begin.
We observe only this. Justice Jackson decries an
imperial executive while embracing an imperial judiciary,

off on Jackson. It's great.
The only thing difference is thecourt stopped short of the
ruling of the constitutionality of the executive order itself.
But the implicate these implications are massive.
By gutting these lower courts ability to halt implementation
nationwide, Trump has a now a clear path for his

administration to enforce its definition of birthright
citizenship along with everything else he wants to do.

has delivered a monumental victory for the Constitution,
the separation of powers, and the rule of law.

I was elected on a historic mandate.
But in recent months, we've seena handful of radical left judges
effectively try to overrule the rightful powers of the president
to stop the American people fromgetting the policies that they
voted for in record numbers. It was a grave threat to

democracy, frankly. And instead of merely ruling on
the immediate cases before them,these judges have attempted to
dictate the law for the entire nation.
In practice, this meant that if anyone of the nearly 700 federal
judges disagreed with the policyof a duly elected president of
the United States, he or she could block that policy from

going into effect, or at least delay it for many years, tie it
up in the court system. This was a colossal abuse of
power which never occurred in American history prior to recent
decades. And we've been hit with more
nationwide injunctions than wereissued in the entire 20th
century together. Think of it more than the entire

20th century. Me, I'm grateful to the Supreme
Court for stepping in and solving this very, very big and
complex problem. And they've made it very simple.

brilliantly, as well as Chief Justice Roberts and Justices
Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Thomas, great people, this

Another Supreme Court wins SCOTUS green light states to cut
(14:01):
off Medicaid funding for PlannedParenthood and a major win for
pro-life advocates. This was on Thursday.
They paved the way for states toblock Medicaid funding.
I'm going to abortion giant Planned Parenthood now.
This has been comes after years of legal wrangling and affirms
authority of individual states to determine how taxpayer

dollars are allocated and who gets excluded.
It was a 63 ruling in SCOTUS in this Medina versus Planned
Parenthood S Atlantic, the individual Medicaid recipients
do not have the right to sue states under federal law for
excluding abortion providers like Planned Parenthood from
their Medicaid programs. Now, Justice Court Neil Gorsuch
(14:45):
authored this decision and he reversed actually the ruling
from the 4th Circuit and solidified the state of South
Carolina's authority because they want to remove Planned
Parenthood from his Medicaid network without fear of any
federal lawsuits from individualpatients or abortion activists,
you know, cloaking themselves incivil rights statutes because,
you know, they just want to keepeverything in in the courts and

stop anything that conservativeswant to do.
Now this, this this decision arose, you know, in the 2018 to
terminate Planned Parenthood's participation in Medicaid
program. Of course, abortion advocates
that you know, it's you could, you could bet 100% of your money

that that particularly they, they they'd sued under the 42
USC 1983, claiming the state violated disposed right under
the Medicaid Act any qualified provider provision.
Well, not so fast, because Justice Gorses clarified that
this provision does not confer individuality, enforceable
federal rights. It's a directive to states, not

a free pass for left wing groupsto weaponize the courts every
time a state takes a stand for life.
Abortion is just wrong. You know what's funny when you
talk about abortion with with these liberals, right?
You know, if a woman's pregnant and she gets murdered, the

pregnant. But meanwhile, they're OK with
abortion. It's not murder.
It just says right there that that's murder.
Because if you're going to charge another person, if he if
he unfortunately kills a pregnant woman with double

can opt out of classes with LGBTQ books.
Thank God, finally something coming through.
They ruled. This is on Friday.
And this is, believe me, this isa huge win for America.

And, you know, in 2022, a Maryland county approved LBGDQ

theme books for elementary school children to bring
diversity to school districts. You know, diversity for
elementary school children. Let them be children for God's
sakes. I mean, one of these books they
approved was titled Uncle Bob's wedding, Uncle Bobby's Wedding,
and it's a book about a gay wedding.
Some other books proved were by the radical school board pushed

gender transition into children.These are children.
Their minds are still developingand they're they're easily
manipulated. It's crazy.
And you know, this is all due tothe fact that a Muslim couple
and members of the Catholic and Orthodox churches sued so they
can opt their children out of classes that push this garbage.

And with this indoctrination, you're, you're trying to shape
their minds into coming LGBTQ. Why?

There would be consequences. You respected your other people,

We need to get our morals and values back into the school
system, teaching about the Constitution, about God, about

built upon. Not just garbage they're trying
to peddle on our kids. But Speaking of chaos and

Immigration and Customs informant ICE and now now he's
President Trump's hand picked borders are and he's revealed

his heartbreaking personal consequence of his high profile
return to government service. He's actually he's living apart
from his wife due to wave of death threats.
I'm going to quote, he goes my life, my wife's living
separately from me right now, mainly because I worked for many
hours, but mostly because of thedeath threats against me, He

I see her as much as I can, but the death threats against me and
my family are outrageous. And it is because that's all the
left though, you know, you ever noticed, you ever see any
conservatives or the right people giving death threats out
like the left does? I mean, they want the ICE agents
to take their masks off. And the only reason they put

masks on because these people were exposing identities and,
and going to their houses and threatening their families.
Can't blame them 8 ICE agents for putting mass on.
I mean, these people, these left, these people are crazy.
There needs to be consequences. I mean, they need to find out
who is doing this. Well, our technology, you can't,
you can trace these phone numbers.

It's easy. The government has has so many
tech tools in their, in their toolbox and they can find out if
they want to. Now Holman, he he's a, he's a
central figure in the Trump admins board enforcement

effort. He's doing a great job.

recalls he was at dinner with his wife when Trump called him.

he called bring him back, which again was a proud moment.

Right? Trump actually sacrificed for us

truthfully, who wouldn't be? Well, I'll tell you the

Democrats, they want the illegals here because they get
more votes because they allow illegal voting.
It is what it is. But you know, they're trying to
pass this bill. Trump wants to get this bill
done by July 4th and sign. But GOP lawmakers, they erupted
after the this unelected Senate pollitarian guts the key
provision from Trump's one big beautiful bill.

And and you have the Senate Majority Leader, Ryan L Thune.
He refused to overrule the decision.
I mean, this Senate pollitarian is proving that once again that
the DC swamp is alive and well. Her name is Elizabeth McDonough.

legislation. It's designed to ensure that

save money. And what he's proposing is he
wants to raise 10 billion to payfor the entire economic agenda,
which I may add, he wants to give you free everything.

Free bus rides, free Medicare. He wants to even build
government supermarkets. What is he crazy?
That's that's ridiculous. Just so everybody knows, there's
no such thing as anything free. Everything costs money.
He wants his he wants to do thisten billion, you know, he says,

I want to trump proof our city and, and he goes, the first is
to match the state's corporate tax rate of the of that of New
Jersey. He goes New York's at 7.25, New
Jersey's at 11.5. Corporations can pay it over
time, they get paid over here. So he's trying to say if
corporations are in whatever Florida, Wisconsin, you name it,

and they do business from New York, but they he wants them to
pay that, pay the rates too. And then the second is taxing up
to 1% of New Yorkers. Let me you know, I don't
understand. Like he's running for mayor,
he's on the legislative branch. So he should know this.

So this is just, I'm going to tell you how he's lying.
The mayor of New York City cannot unilaterally implement
those proposed tax increases on corporate rates or high earners.
The mayor, what he does is proposes budgets and policies,
but tax changes require approvalfrom the New York City Council
for city taxes or the state legislature for state taxes.

Now, corporate tax rates like those referenced in his proposal
are they're primarily set by thestate needing state legislative
action. City income taxes also require
state approval. You know, this just shows that
the mayor's role is limited to to advocacy, not direct
enactment. But he's going around telling
people he's going to do it. So is he even qualified to be

mayor? I think not.
But this is just a start. This is like a breeding ground,
test ground. This guy wins and and with his
socialist agenda, I mean, New York City's bad.
Now it's just forget about it. But I'm telling you, he wins is
coming to a city near you. That's going to be their new

agenda because they're the left are already embracing it because
that's all they got. I mean, you have Congress people
starting to talk about this. Congressman Ogolese sent the
