Combined with the constant demand of kids, managing the house, social media, email and driving in traffic it’s no wonder that we are feeling overwhelmed and everything feels like too much. Clutter and chaos can drain our mental energy more than we think and leave us drained before we even start all the tasks on our to-do list. So what do we do when life feels like too much?
