What happens when life takes you into the in-between?

The Sacred Void is that tender, uncomfortable space where the old has fallen away but the new hasn’t yet arrived. It can feel like emptiness, confusion, or even failure. And yet, this is where the magic begins.

In this episode, I open up about my own journey through the Void - a season that began for me on the 1st of January 2023 with a visceral truth: “I can’t.” What followed was disorientating and raw:

• The fear of becoming irrelevant as I pulled back from social media and “went dark.”

• The shame of not being the main breadwinner after years of financial independence.

• The unraveling of an identity built on performance, visibility, and productivity.

• The midlife reality of my body no longer able - or willing - to hustle in the old way.

And yet, beneath the discomfort, the Sacred Void became a powerful and necessary portal. Together we explore:

• Why the Void feels so disorienting (and why that’s part of its gift)

• How to soften into uncertainty and trust what’s unseen

• The deeper rewiring that happens even when it looks like “nothing is happening”

• How this liminal space prepares you for your next chapter
