I think most of us have suffered, or are still suffering from some level of perfectionism.
Women are so trained and conditioned to be perfect in order to belong, be worthy of love, not step on anyones toes and to fit into some crazy Barbie sized societal box of expectation.
I also think we all know that this way of being doesn't serve us.
