I have a lot to say about the "Good Girl" and all the ways that it has been beaten into us as girls and women that we won't be loved unless we are "good" or "good enough".
It's an epidemic in our consciousness that wreaks havoc on our soul's expression, our personal power and aliveness.
When we are constantly trying to be approved of, be pleasing and appropriate, and altering ourselves and our truth, needs, wants, and desires to fit into the box of what society has told us is "acceptable" we slowly starting dying on the inside, forgetting our magic, giving away our power, and taking ourselves further and further away from our truth, soul, and expression.
In this episode I talk about all the ways this is happening and how it is keeping us in our minds and deeply disconnected from our bodies, our sexuality, our truth, and our womanhood.
