Self-awareness requires slowing down, getting real, honest, and intimate with ourselves, our patterns, minds, thoughts, and actions. It is from this awareness that we can actually rewire, reprogram and move into transformation and growth.
Without awareness of where and who we are being now we cannot change, grow, or evolve!
