Trust and Safety are an interdependent pair. They are also the two most important guideposts and signposts along our healing journey and inner-work.
With more self-trust, and trust in the divine, trust in the mystery; we begin to feel more safety. When we up-level our internal level of safety, it becomes easier to trust.
This is one of the core keys to embodiment, self-love, better relationships, and integration!
