Have you ever stood in front of your pantry, staring at the shelves, and thought, “What in the world are we going to eat for supper?”—even though there is food in there? I think we’ve all been there a time or two. But the truth is, with a few basic staples, you can whip up delicious, budget-friendly meals in about 30 minutes. In this episode, I share five cheap and easy meals you can make with what you already have in your pantry. These meals are simple, filling, and don’t skip the protein. Plus, I give you some tips for creating a pantry that works so you can easily make dozens more pantry meals any night of the week.
I hope this episode gives you some good ideas the next time you are in a pinch for putting supper on the table. And remember—cooking from scratch doesn’t have to mean fancy or time-consuming. Sometimes, it’s meals that are made with what’s on hand and a little bit of creativity. Thank you so much for joining me!
