Welcome back to another episode of the GMRT experience. In this episode, we delve into personal changes and how they impact your focus, drive, and energy. After taking a few weeks off from podcasting to concentrate on my business, I've discovered there's never a 'cooling off' level.

Every new level in the journey of life or business always demands a higher degree of commitment, not just in terms of time but also energy. In a world constantly buzzing with the noise of social media, news and the internet, preserving your energy and space is essential.

I share examples from my own life and from the Bible about the importance of solitude. Imagine freeing yourself from all the social media distractions and staying entirely present in the moment. That time could be used to rejuvenate the spirit through prayer, meditation, or reading your Bible.

High-performance individuals like myself may sometimes struggle when life doesn't go as planned. But we should remember that life isn't a straight arrow, and we must learn to pick ourselves up when we fall, align ourselves, and keep moving. Making mistakes does not necessitate punishing ourselves but rather learning, growing, and moving towards a higher vibration.

By sharing personal experiences and encounters with others, I touch upon the importance of accepting that sometimes it's okay not to be okay. By assessing our actions and behaviors, we can regain control of our situations and make valuable changes. Tune in for this short, impactful episode that encourages you to pray, meditate, read your Bible, and retain the best version of yourself. The world needs the best of you. Thank you for listening, and until next time, stay locked in.

Yo what is up guys welcome to another
episode of the gmrt experience we're back
with the friday fire i've taken
a couple weeks off from podcasting and
just been kind of focused on my business and you know there's new seasons coming
not only in our world but also in my life so as i as i've been heading into

(00:25):
that new season that's coming i've had to prioritize certain things and And
get really locked in again and dial in.
Because it's, you know, once you think you get to a certain level and you're chilling.
What I realize now is like there's never like I'm cool level.
Like there's always more.
And as I'm trying to get to that next level in my business and in my life.

(00:47):
It's requiring a lot of me. A lot of time that I need to preserve for myself.
Energy. and i just been wanting to you
know spend time and just working on my business and myself but i'm
excited to be back and just give you guys some some game uh
and this episode i want to make it short and right to the point as we make all

(01:09):
the friday fires and i wanted to talk about the importance of removing the world's
noise and what do i mean by removing the world's noise well Well, we live in a time that,
you know, there's a lot going on. We have, you know, social media.
You have the internet. You have the news.

(01:30):
You have a TikTok, like all of that stuff. If you notice, all of that is just
taking energy from you, like here, left, right.
Like it's just like you're just pouring out energy.
Energy something that i've been fascinated by
because i i've done this in my life but
now that i'm reading the bible in a year it's very

(01:54):
very funny how it's just
kind of similar so uh in the bible a lot of times in the new testament they
talk about how jesus will go up to the mountain and just pray getting the word
of god like in solitude just him by himself no one else.

(02:16):
Imagine if you do that in your world, in your life, removing all the social
media, all the BS that is just pulling energy out of you and you just live in the present moment.
Find time to pray, meditate, read your Bible, removing all the stress and the

(02:36):
chaos that this world brings.
I know I've done it. like right now i'm on a social media
break which means that i'm
either not on social media at all and if we post
or i post something it's like for work and that's about it
joe rogan talks about this thing it's called post and
ghost which he'll post and then he'll disappear i

(02:57):
do that a lot too because i've noticed the moment i
start spending too much time in there man i
get anxious i'm stressed i'm like started looking
well that person's doing this and that and i'm like i don't
want that i don't need that in my life so with
that being said i would encourage you guys you know
especially the younger generation don't make sure

(03:19):
that you spend time by yourself like really like in
the present moment i was before i
shoot this podcast i was with my uh my
therapist which he does like massages in your body and it works in like making
sure that you're more aligned and center and I love having conversations with

(03:40):
him because it's a very smart guy and he was telling me like life is it's not a straight arrow.
And I struggle with this because as a high-performing individual, we want to be locked in.
We want to, you know, make sure that we're doing what we're supposed to.

(04:00):
We want to always, you know, be on time, performing, blah, blah, blah.
See, February was a really bad month for me.
My routines, you know, were hard. I couldn't do them all, you know.
Life throws curveballs at you and then you're like, man, I don't know what to do.
And I was explaining him this because I
was like dude I just been feeling off or February

(04:23):
I was feeling off and I'm trying to get you know locked in
again he's like dude life is not a perfect arrow the importance
is when you fall you need to get back
up don't stay on that low vibration
you just kind of hit you know we always have the
opportunity to come back to the high vibration vibration you
know if we if we fall and we stay in that

(04:45):
low vibration that doesn't serve
us any purpose we need to get back up and
move to where we know we're aligned to be
where we feel good where we feel comfortable and sometimes
that's very hard you know like i beat myself up when
i make mistakes i'm like dude like you know better and
then guess what i'm treating myself really bad

(05:06):
and then everything else starts going wrong if i can just be like all right
man you did that wrong let's fix it and then let's move again to the high vibration
that you know you're supposed to be walking in and what the way he explained
it to me was like okay i got it i know what to do.
So imagine if you guys and i'm

(05:29):
even talking for myself like if when we're making mistakes we
just just get back up and really like acknowledge that we're
human and we just keep going and make sure that we
always get back to that right vibration the high
frequency dude life will be so much easier and
this is another cool thing too that happened to me last week that
or a couple weeks ago that really helped me out uh you

(05:51):
know i i make sure i surround myself with with
good people and not just good people but people that i
can talk to about my problems and situations and things
that that i'm going uh through in life and uh
we were at a church event and i was talking to one of
the guys i'm like hey bro i need some prayer i'm
not i feel like i'm off like you know

(06:11):
i'm not doing bad but i know i'm off it's like i'm not
feeling right and he said something really good that he hid and he helped me
he's like rainy sometimes it's okay not to be okay and once he said that just
like something hit because then I came back home and started really thinking
and writing down, okay, why am I feeling off?

(06:34):
And then I started, okay, I started writing down, okay, I'm doing this.
I'm not doing that. I need to add this. I need to remove that.
And in that moment, I started realizing, dude, I'm in control.
Like once you start writing things down and you start visualizing,
okay, you're doing more of this and less of that.
Then you can really start taking action on what you need to be doing.

(06:58):
And once he told me that, I was like, dude, I got it.
Because the moment that you're not okay, you can always go back to the things
that you were doing when you were okay. And then you can pinpoint,
well, I stopped doing this.
Now I need to redo that again. And I have certain things in my life that I have
set up in place to help me figure that out very quick.

(07:22):
Because if not, life is stressful. You have business or you got your work or
employees and all of that.
And you have to make sure that you're always, I'm not saying you got to be happy
and perfect all the time.
But you're at this open frequency, like you're open to the world,

(07:43):
to the opportunities because you're not stressed.
And that's something that I like to do all the time. So I would encourage you guys to be doing that.
And please make sure, like, take time for you.
Make sure you're praying, you're meditating, you're reading your Bible,
you're taking care of yourself.
Because the moment you start charging yourself
with this with the good energies with the

(08:05):
good vibration guess what your output is gonna
be that and the world needs the best of you the world needs you to be outputting
the best okay all right guys thank you so much for listening to this episode
short quick right to the point get locked in and we'll see you guys next time peace,

(08:30):
you.
