Matt Findora served in the Marines for over a decade. A rough childhood and not knowing how to afford college led him to that impactful time that helped mold his future and Marine mindset.
While he served as a Marine, he was an air traffic controller, yet still focused on what he was truly passionate about: leadership and motivation. The focus of motivation started small with quotes on Facebook, which lead to starting a blog before finally finding what he was truly passionate about: being a life coach and helping others.
Right now, he serves as an air traffic controller at the Fort Wayne airport; however, that’s not where his heart lies. His passion is being a mindset coach for young men, helping empower them to shift their mindset, identify their life goals, and cultivate the resilience and discipline to turn their visions into reality. He also serves as a speaker for the RespectTeam for youth, a mentor for The Journey and hosts his podcast called Choose to Live, Love & Grow.
