I love sharing tips and tools that exponentially enhance our lives as humans. In this episode I talk about the age old question of “who am I” - but not from a philosophical standpoint. I am talking about this question from a place of consciousness. I talk about and demonstrate, from a real life example, the beauty that can occur when we do allow ourselves to fully surrender. There are always alternative ways than relying on our logical mind when moving through challenges - and this is one of them.
