Natalia Pence, who has built an impressive and multifaceted career. She is an IP and Corporate Attorney and Business Development Consultant with over 10 years of legal experience. For the past five years, she has been deeply involved in the San Diego Start-Up Ecosystem, advising more than 77 start-up companies on legal and business strategies. In addition to her legal expertise, Natalia has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years and has a well-rounded background in fitness, including CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Natalia co-founded a fitness platform and authored e-book training guides designed for high-level athletes alongside one of her business partners. Currently, she serves as the Chief Operations Officer for two innovative start-ups—one in the wearable technology space and the other in the sports industry.
Over the past 2.5 years, Natalia has trained as a physique competitor in the NPC Federation, where she recently won her first two shows in her age division and placed second in the Open. She has also dedicated the past six years to training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is preparing to compete in 2025 and 2026.
In addition to her professional and athletic achievements, Natalia is the proud wife of a recently retired Navy SEAL and the mother of a strong and resilient 11-year-old who is excelling in both wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
