I was operating in a lack mentality in my motherhood, overcommitted to things that weren’t fully serving me and not letting my husband in on my mind battles. Not to mention allowing my relationship with God to be on the back burner because hello- there was no time for that. That was a recipe for disaster that quickly led to burn out and frustration. It wasn’t until I realized that I was absolutely not alone, and so many other women were struggling with the same things that I began to be honest with myself. I have since been able to apply a framework in structuring my life that has changed everything for the better.
