So today's episode is going to be, um,a little bit more kind of reflection

and you're going to hear more fromother people today than you are me.
So.
If you follow me or the KAYA podcastor you've been listening whatsoever,
um, two weeks ago we had the five yearanniversary of KAYA and we had the five,
it was KAYA's golden birthday, fiveyears on five five, and we had the most

beautiful celebratory party, And I'm justso grateful for everyone who showed up,
everyone who came out, people's texts, ifthey didn't live here, couldn't make it.
Ah, um, yeah, it just really warms mysoul thinking about that day and all the

beautiful energy and then taking timeleading up to it and even since then kind
of reflecting on What Kaya has been andthe different events and the different
moments and the super connective spaces.
So it was really awesome.
So what we did, um, I had just like thisintuitive hit that morning of like, how

cool would it be to set up the podcastinglittle laptop and the microphone?
And then if people felt called, Um,or maybe I nudged them too, right?
Um, just we had like a little room offto the side and was like, Hey, if you
want to go talk about your experiencewith KAYA or me, or kind of share what

your perspective or experience has been.
I don't know about you all, but I lovehearing about other people's perspectives
and other people's experiences.
Um, often more than my own, right?
Like, I know this is a kind of podcast,and clearly y'all are here, and you're
gonna hear a lot of my voice, and a lotof my see a lot of my face, but I think

this will be a really fun break, so theseare amazing people, they knew I think
there's only one person, my bestie of alltime, who did not show her face, but we
are going to just show you other people,and I'm so grateful for those of you that
sat down in front of the camera for us.
I know it can be scary.
I know it can be weird.

We get in our heads and we're like, what?
But here's some people's firsthandexperiences and reviews and opinions of
me or KAYA or what it's meant to them.
So I loved watching these.
It brought tears to my eyes and Ithink I'm going to watch them again
before we even launch this episode.

was able to shed light on my moon sign.

all the times when I felt themost, happily connected to a
Um, and it's, it's, it's likealways these events that I've
been to that are Acai events.
And so I've gone through, like,multiple, um, like, rainstorm

events in the campgrounds.
Where it was like, we just, we just madeit into a dance party and it And we did
40 days of sadhana, uh, which is likewaking up at four in the morning and
doing a meditation when the sun rises.
And it's been, transformationalis kind of an overused word, but

what it's been is very enlighteningand helpful in making me.
Uh, realize the potential that thisweird ass life that we're living has.
