Dr. Buehner earned her doctoral degree from the University of Louisville and is a practicing psychologist. She is the former President of the Kentucky Psychological Association. She serves on the KPA Board of Directors as the Chair of the KPA Communications Committee, as well as the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Psychological Foundation and the Board of Directors for FEAT-Families for Effective Autism Treatment. She resides in Louisville and is the proud mother of three children, Girl Scouts leader, and advocate.
Description of your current work setting: Dr. Buehner is a practicing psychologist and is the owner of Bring Light Psychology. She also works in the field of forensics with Shelton Forensic Solutions.
What is your involvement with KPA?: Dr. Buehner is the former President of the Kentucky Psychological Association as well as the former Greater Louisville (now Ohio River Region) Representative for KPA. She currently serves on the KPA Board of Directors as the Chair of the KPA Communications Committee, as well as the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Psychological Foundation
